This double tele-centric system with a contrast of 300 and an enormous imaging capacity has been conceived for the wave length area of 355 nm.
The enormous requirements on the efficiency of this objective have been realized
by a construction of 13 lenses and a very costly submounting technique.

All components have exclusively been manufactured,
tested and mounted in our works.

For submountings we have developed own machines, which
make such an accuracy of the mounted lenses in the submountings
