Achromatic lenses

Due to investments in the CNC technique, the latest
and most precise measuring techniques we are in the
position to manufacture high-grade optics with the
corresponding evidences in quality.
Predominantly achromatic lenses are calculated and
used for correction of colours and errors in illustration.
Moreover, we are able to offer achromatic lenses for a
faultless read off scales, these ones are corrected of
field arching.
Due to their other optical features achromatic lenses
require also a better control. We are in the position
to supply them as per the error control sample with
examination records and transmission curve as well
as 100 % end control.
The control of all our products corresponds to DIN 3140
or ISO 10110 or as per the tolerances, required by you.

Triplets

Triplets are cemented lenses, consisting of three single lenses, connected with a special clue. On special demand triplets
are suitable for correction parameter. A popular field of application are magnifying lenses of “Steinheil”, which are specially
used in the ornament and artificial gem industry as well as in the philately. They allow a very strong magnification with an
excellent colour correction and high edge focus. Geometries of the lenses and the finished triplet, which should be effected
are often difficult, however, the piece number shows, that the usage is worthy. For many years, we have been producing
